Bad Teddy Coffee Return & Exchange Policy

At Bad Teddy Coffee, we strive to ensure every purchase is perfect, but we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary.

Coffee:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee, as every batch is roasted to order for peak freshness and enjoyment!

Apparel & Gear:
Apparel and unopened gear may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the items remain in sealed, original packaging. Please send returns to:

Brewing Equipment:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on brewing equipment or products that have been opened or come with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, we’re happy to help connect you with the warranty provider for assistance!
