Bad Teddy is good however you make it. But here are some ways we like to brew our coffee to ensure the best flavor.
French Press
Ratio: 30g Bad Teddy coffee to 400ml (13.5 oz) water
Grind Level: Coarse
Water Temperature: 202-205°F (94-96°C)
Drip Coffee
Ratio: 60g Bad Teddy coffee to 950ml (32 oz) water
Grind Level: Medium
Water Temperature: 202-205°F (94-96°C)
Pour Over
Ratio: 24g coffee to 365ml (12 oz) water
